A co-innovation with SAP and Apple

Our SAP team partnered with Apple and hosted an intense 3 day workshop with Maple Leaf Foods end users. This allowed for detailed interviews and thoroughly understanding the "day in the life" of a Production Supervisor. Wireframe mockups were created and validated on day 2, then finally on day 3, high fidelity designs were created and presented to the team.

Project Details

In addition to the Apple design workshop, the SAP team conducted several in depth discovery workshops with the customer. We were also privileged to get a tour of one of their production plants and the opportunity to shadow a Production Supervisor as he performed his daily tasks.
